We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to include holidays to make sure that you are not inconvenienced by snow.
There are a variety of contracts we offer to fit the needs of our customers, they are the following:
Per Push: This is the most basic of all contracts. The parameters of the contract are very simple, we give you a price of 1-3” , 3-6”, 6-8”, and 8”+. Snowfalls. There are no plowings or saltings included with the contract, and you are only billed if we plow or salt the site. Some seasons this will save you a lot of money, but sometimes it will really cost you a lot.
Season Contract: This consists of unlimited pushes (or events) throughout a specified time period. This contract includes all snow plowing and shoveling for a season, but does not include any salting or de-icing during this time frame, those are billed per occurrence, and can be set up on a per ton/per bag basis, or a per application basis. Removal of drifting conditions, moving or removing snow of site or moving on site is charged at an additional rate unless specified in the contract. A lot of Condominiums and businesses select these contracts for budgetary reasons, and the safety of their patrons or residents. These contract are set up on a 5-6 payment program, beginning Nov. 15th-April 15th.
All Inclusive Season Contract: The name says it all, this contract consists of any service you will require in the winter for plowing and salting services. Plowing, walks, salting and de-icing, and drifting services are all include with this contract. The total contract price is divided into 5-6 monthly payments during the contract term, and there are no other bills that you are required to pay. The only thing that is not included, is moving of snow on site or off, and if there is snow in excess of 12” during a single event. A lot of big box retailers are going to these types of contracts, again, for budgetary reasons. The initial cost is high, but this contract covers all the basis.
We always get asked the same question “which contract should I go with?” The answer is whatever you feel comfortable with. No one will be able to tell you how much it will snow each year or how frequently, you have to use the law of averages to determine this. The one answer I will give to this question is, if you go with a seson contract, stick with a season contract, if you are use to per push, stick with per push. On an average, we have our light years and our heavy years for snow. It never fails that a customer chooses a season contract, and it is a light winter, the next year they choose a per push, and it the worst winter we have ever had!. You have to determine your needs as a property manager/owner etc, and then look at your finances as a whole. Can you afford a month of 8 pushes within in 30 days, or do you want the same amount billed every month throughout the season.
